Severe weather and peak holiday volume can slow carrier networks. Your order will still move as quickly as the route allows.

What you can do
  • Follow your tracking page for the latest carrier scans.
  • Allow extra time during storms and major holidays.
  • If there’s no movement for 48 hours after the last scan, contact us and we’ll review.
