Seedbank does not accept returns or exchanges after purchase unless we made an error with your order or the items were damaged during transit. Please check your cart carefully before checkout.
Report window: For shipment errors or damage, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item, packing slip, and shipping label.
Eligible situations
- Wrong item or pack size shipped
- Missing items compared to the packing slip
- Damage in transit
