If your payment is not going through, try the checks below before contacting support.
Quick checks
- Confirm the billing address and ZIP code match your card bank records.
- Try another browser, clear cache, or use a private window.
- Call your bank to approve the transaction if they flagged it as unusual.
- Try another method such as ACH or Zelle if the card continues to fail.
Change payment after ordering
We cannot change the payment method after an order is placed. If you used the wrong method, place a new order and contact us immediately to request cancellation of the original if it is not yet processed.
Duplicate pending entries
Occasionally you may see multiple pending authorizations. These usually drop off within a few days and only one captured charge will settle.
