It’s common to see “Label created” until the carrier performs the first scan. Tracking usually updates within 12–24 hours after handoff.
What to try
- Check back after 12–24 hours for the first movement scan.
- Make sure you’re viewing the most recent tracking event (refresh the page or use the carrier app).
- If there’s no movement for 48 hours after the first scan, contact us and we’ll take a look.
