I’m having trouble logging in

If you can’t sign in to your Seedbank account, follow the steps below. Most login issues are solved in a minute or two.

Quick fixes (start here)

  1. Confirm you have an account on this site. If you’ve never created one, set it up first.
  2. Activate your account. New accounts require a one-time email activation before you can log in.
  3. Reset your password if you’re getting “invalid password” or you’re unsure.
Didn’t get the email? Check spam/junk and Promotions tabs. Add [email protected] to your contacts, then click Resend activation email.

If you’re still stuck

I see “No account found”

You may have checked out as a guest previously. Click Create account using the same email you used at checkout to link past orders automatically.

I never received an activation email

Use Resend activation email. If you use Apple “Hide My Email” or a forwarding alias, sign in with that exact address.

Password reset isn’t working
  • Make sure you’re resetting for the correct email address (no typos).
  • Open the newest reset email—older links expire after use.
  • Try a private/incognito window to avoid autofill issues.
Two different sites?

Double-check you’re logging in at the correct Seedbank site. Bookmarks to our old portal can cause “user not found” errors.
