How do I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

If you made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can try to stop fulfillment.

Fast processing: Orders are often processed the same day and ship expedited. Most orders leave within 1–2 business days. We can only cancel before the order is processed and handed to the carrier.

After your order ships

Once tracking is created or the package has been dispatched, we can’t cancel the order. You can follow delivery status here:

Return & refund policy

Per our FAQ and policies, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase unless we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, missing item, or damage during fulfillment). If that applies, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details, and photos so we can make it right.

Tip: If you ordered the wrong item, the fastest solution is to place a new order with the correct items. We’ll attempt to cancel the original if it hasn’t entered fulfillment.
