Duplicate or multiple charges on my statementUpdated 2 months ago

Seeing more than one line on your statement usually means your bank placed a temporary authorization hold for a declined or retried attempt. Only captured payments are finalized. Extra pending holds typically drop off automatically in a few days.

What to check
  • Compare the posted charge to your order total. Pending holds may show different amounts and will disappear.
  • Make sure you did not place multiple orders.
  • Contact your bank if a pending hold does not clear within a few business days.
