Seedbank does not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made due to the nature of our products. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Exception — our error: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item due to a fulfillment error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What qualifies (our error)
- Wrong item/strain or pack size shipped
- Items damaged in transit (outer mailer intact but contents damaged)
- Missing items compared to your packing slip
What doesn’t qualify
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong item/quantity
- Opened, altered, or unsealed products
- Issues reported beyond 7 days from the carrier’s delivered scan
How to report an issue
Email us with the details below so we can verify and resolve quickly:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (wrong/missing/damaged)
- Photos of the item received, the packing slip, and the shipping label
- (If applicable) Photo of any product damage
