Change my payment method after checkoutUpdated 2 months ago

We cannot switch payment methods after an order is placed. If you used the wrong method, place a new order with the correct method and request a cancellation of the original before it is processed.

How to proceed
  1. Place a new order with your preferred payment method.
  2. Immediately ask us to cancel the original order if it has not been processed yet.

Orders move to fulfillment quickly. Cancellations are only possible before processing and handoff to the carrier.
