Damaged items on arrival
We’re sorry your item(s) arrived damaged. We’ll make this right as quickly as possible.
Report window: Please email us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can review and assist.
What to include in your email
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
- Your tracking link (if available): Track your order
- Clear photos(attachments):
- Damaged item(s) — front/back of sealed pack (label visible)
- Outer mailer/box with the shipping label and any visible damage
- Packing slip (if included)
