Damaged items on arrival

We’re sorry your item(s) arrived damaged. We’ll make this right as quickly as possible.

Report window: Please email us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can review and assist.

What to include in your email

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Your tracking link (if available): Track your order
  • Clear photos(attachments):
    • Damaged item(s) — front/back of sealed pack (label visible)
    • Outer mailer/box with the shipping label and any visible damage
    • Packing slip (if included)
