What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 2 months ago

Time window: Please report any shipment errors within 7 days of the delivery scan.
First, double-check
- Look for a second package or “partially fulfilled” note on your packing slip or tracking page (some orders ship in more than one parcel).
- Confirm the delivery on your tracking page: Track your order. Carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered a little early—allow up to 24 hours for it to appear.
What to send us
Email our team with the details below so we can verify and resolve fast:
- Your order number and the correct item/strain you expected.
- Clear photos of:
- The item you received (front/back of sealed pack, including strain name/label).
- The packing slip from your box (if included).
- The outer mailer label with barcode/tracking.
What we’ll do
- Verify the error against your order and warehouse records.
- Make it rightwith one of the following (based on stock and your preference):
- Ship the correct item at no cost, or
- Issue store credit or a refund for the affected item(s).
Important notes
- Please keep items sealed and unopened while we review. Opened or altered packaging may not be eligible for exchange/credit.
- We may provide a prepaid label or ask you to mark the parcel “Return-To-Sender (RTS)” depending on the situation. Do not discard packaging until we confirm next steps.
- If the exact strain/pack size is out of stock, we’ll offer the closest available alternative, store credit, or a refund.
All resolutions follow Seedbank’s Return & Refund Policy (14-day window for unopened products) and shipping terms. Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship expedited within the U.S., including AK/HI (surcharge applies).
