Seed Bank Return & Refund Policy
We value our customers and strive to offer outstanding service and support. If you need to cancel your purchase, modify your order, or have identified an error, please review the policy below.
Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unaltered condition.
How to return
- Do not open the package. Returns are only accepted for unopened products.
- Mark the package clearly as “Return-To-Sender” (RTS).
This helps ensure the package is routed back to us without additional shipping charges on your end. - Ship the package. Hand the RTS-marked parcel to your carrier as instructed. Keep any receipt or handoff confirmation for your records.
Refunds & credits
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we’ll assess the condition of the items. A partial refund or store credit may be issued based on the state of the returned items and the circumstances of your request. All refunds or credits are issued at our discretion.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed for shipment. Once fulfilled, changes may not be possible and the standard return process applies.
