Cancellation policyUpdated a month ago

Orders move to fulfillment quickly. You can request a cancellation only before an order is processed and handed to the carrier. Once a shipping label is created or the package has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Fast processing: Orders are often processed the same day and typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Check your order confirmation email for a cancel option. If you do not see one, use the button below.
  2. Contact us immediately after placing your order with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled. You can monitor delivery here and follow our delivery help if needed:

Address corrections

If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us immediately. Updates are not guaranteed once a label is created or the package is with the carrier.

Returns and refunds
